Organic OLIVE LEAF Infusion
Description
Olea europaea, Oleaceae family.
Cultivated for millennia and well known for its beneficial effects on health of its olives and oil, this silvery, evergreen and elegant tree is typically Mediterranean. The leaves, harvested before the tree flowers are traditionally used to combat hypertension and mild forms of diabetes. They contain secoiridoids including oleuropeoside, triterpenes and flavonoids.

Preparation
add 10 g (1 tablespoon) to 30 cl of water, boil 30 seconds and infuse for 10 min. Drink 3 cups a day during meals.
Properties and beneficial combinations
- to compensate for excess sugar intake: simply add 1 drop of Cinnamon essential oil to a teaspoonful of olive oil before sugar intake. Use in cures of 20 days per month.
- for blood circulation: apply 1 drop of True Lavender essential oil on the solar plexus, 3 times a day or when needed (anxiety, palpitations).
