Description

Beneficial for joints and urinary tract. Recognized for its re-mineralising properties.

We recommend it as a replacement for to replace our organic Horsetail which has been removed from our catalogue.

Urtica dioïca, Urticaceae family.

A versatile plant with interesting properties, Nettle has always been known as a medicinal plant as well as a source of food. It is traditionally indicated for rheumatic pains, fatigue, stress, painful periods in women and more generally for fortifying and re-mineralizing the body.

Nettle leaves contain flavonoids, minerals (calcium, potassium, silicon, magnesium, iron), B vitamins, proteins and amino acids. Nettles tend to detoxify the soil and it is therefore extremely important to ensure they are organic.
