CHERRY TAIL Infusion
Description
Prunus cerasus, Rosaceae family.
The cherry tree, a rustic orchard fruit which is generally the first harvest of the season. Cherry tails (or cherry stems) are traditionally used for their detoxifying properties. They contain flavonoids, potassium salts, mucilages and tannins.
Use & Special precautions

Preparation
30 g (2 tablespoons) per litre of water in a 5 min decoction. Drink at any time during the day. If time is no issue, macerate for 12 hours before decoction.
Properties and beneficial combinations
- to relieve heavy legs: mix with the Red Vine and Ash, 5 g (one teaspoonful or a pinch) of each plant per cup, brew 10 min and drink 3 cups a day. Massage the legs in upwards strokes to enhance circulation with our Aromatic Circulatory System Complex.
- to detoxify: blend with Ash tree, 10 g of each plant per litre. Drink during the day, in 20 day regimens.
Please be aware that cherry tails can have a laxative effect.
