Description
Juglans regia, Juglandaceae family.
A large tree typical of our countryside, with a grey trunk and strong aromatic leaves with 5 to 9 leaflets.

Preparation
10 g (1 handful) per litre of boiling water, infuse for 15 mi and drink 3 cups a day.
Properties and beneficial combinations
-for intestinal health: maximised benefits when combined with Salmonberry, 2 g of each plant per cup, infuse 15 minutes and drink 3 cups a day.
- to revive tires legs: maximised benefits when combined with red grape vine, 5 g (1 tsp) of each plant per cup, 3 cups a day. For maximum benefits, massage the legs in upwards circular motions with the Aromatic Circulatory System Complex.
- for optimal oral hygiene: prepare a decoction with 5 g of walnut leaves and 5 g of Salmonberry leaves in 50 cl of water. Boil for 3 minutes, infuse 15 minutes and cool the mixture. Use as a mouthwash and for gargling. The same decoction is effective for ulcers, atonic wounds, acne and skin infections.
