ROSEMARY Rosmarinus officinalis

The infusion for hepatic and throat affections that invigorates the whole body.

This emblematic wild shrub that grows by the sea and on the hills in southern regions has fragrant branches with delicately bluish tinted flowers. 

A characteristic that is persistent, unique, suave and bitter at the same time.

The infused leaves promote digestion by boosting the functions of the gall bladder. It is also known to soothe coughs and sore throats. Recommended as a protective tonic.

THYME Thymus vulgarus

An invigorating, preventative antibacterial infusion.

Provençal Thyme has a unique aromatic profile which differs radically from varieties of different origin and is noticeably less bitter to the delight of purists who are searching for authentic flavours. 

In addition to its antiviral, antibacterial and detoxifying properties, Thyme is known to stimulate immune defences in preventive use through regular use. Traditionally used for intestinal disorders (diarrhoea) and pulmonary affections (cold, bronchitis). As an aperitif or digestive it can be a powerful general stimulant and tonic which is recommended for fevers, fatigue or exhaustion.

TRUE LAVENDER Lavandula angustifolia

Deeply emblematic of the Provençal landscape, this summer ornament bejewels the hills with a bluish hue. True Lavender is a marvel of nature and a true medicinal plant whose use has been perpetuated since antiquity

Considered a panacea thanks to its extensive properties, Lavender infusions harmonise and regulate, soothing anxiety and agitation, promote the onset of sleep, regulate heart rate (regulate hypertension). Known respiratory tract antiseptic properties (asthma, cough, bronchitis) and digestive properties.

Preparation

3 minutes in boiling water are sufficient to release the aromatic agents but you can also boil for longer if you prefer a stronger infusion.
