This oil is extracted from the fruit of the Argan tree, a thorny tree growing in south-western Morocco. Berber women have been using it for thousands of years for its cosmetic benefits.

The wild Argan tree is listed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

Argan has a neutral scent. Its regenerative action restores elasticity and suppleness to dry, wrinkled or damaged skin and protects against physiological ageing of the skin by promoting cellular renewal thanks to an abundance of essential fatty acids and the antioxidant vitamin E.
