A well-known herb thanks to the Béarnaise sauce, Tarragon is extremely versatile and is ideal for salad dressings or associated with cream cheese, meat and fish.  This natural food flavour is suitable for both poultry and fish recipes.

Rich in vitamins A and E, it has long been recognised as an emollient due to its soothing and softening properties. Indicated for the care of dry, fragile or irritated skins, especially in children. Often used as a massage oil, it calms itching or irritation and stimulates the healing of chapped skin, superficial burns or inflammation. 

Because it is easily absorbed by the skin, it enhances the absorption of serums and oils to the deeper levels of the dermis and epidermis and doesn't leave a greasy film, which makes it an ideal oil for massages and for the dilution of essential oils.

Lemon is ideal for marinades and perfectly suited to fish and shellfish.
