LEMON BALM & ROSE HYDROLATE COLD INFUSION
Our herbal teas have a high aromatic content, which makes them particularly well-suited for cold-infusions. Cold-brewing gives you more bioactive components than when you use boiling water.
Prepare a cold lemon balm infusion by adding 2 tablespoons of dried plant matter to a bottle of fresh water. Simply leave to infuse and filter to taste, or when the colour is strong enough. Lemon balm is particularly useful to soothe anxiety.
When you are satisfied add the equivalent of 2 to 3 tablespoons of Rose hydrolate, which promotes relaxation.
For a richer, creamier drink, try replacing the water with almond milk, and don’t hesitate to add a little honey!
