An extraordinary plant particularly appreciated by herbalists, Stinging Nettle is rich in vitamins (B2, B5, B9, K and C 6 times x more than orange), in minerals (silica, magnesium, iron) and in trace elements (copper, zinc). Known to soothe painful joints or inflammations of the urinary tract (urination and prostate disorders) and promote the excretion of uric acid. It is also known for its diuretic and remineralizing properties and because it so rich in calcium, its action is enhanced when blended with our organic in association with our organic Horsetail.

Preparation

3 minutes in boiling water are sufficient to release the aromatic agents but you can also boil for longer if you prefer a stronger infusion.
