This shrub can grow up to 2 meters tall and is one of the most used plants in the world, grown especially for its fragrant leaves.
It is fresh and lemony on the palate, somewhat reminiscent of lemon balm, invigorating, exhilarating. A profile of rare elegance.
As a digestive it is ideal after meals. An excellent herbal tea that regulates cardiac rhythm and helps to ease palpitations.
Preparation
3 minutes in boiling water are sufficient to release the aromatic agents but you can also boil for longer if you prefer a stronger infusion.
